Born and raised in Germany, my life’s journey took me to London UK, where I studied Counseling, and back to Germany and then Spain, studying Psychotherapy and Active Imagination (derived by C.G. Jung). It became clear to me very early on, there’s more to the human brain and merely human behavior. Moving towards metaphysics, energy healing and studying various holistic modalities (breath work, guided visualization, guided meditation) was a natural progression. I have a successful private practice as Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Ryoho), Spiritual Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Group & Dynamics Facilitator, and Certified Soul Realignment® Practitioner and Akashic Record Reader.
I have over 15 years experience working with clients individually and groups, and also have a background as an ICU and hospice RN.
My group work experience includes Inner Child Workshops, Encounter Groups, Women’s Shamanic Groups, Meditation Groups, Chakra, and Energy Workshops.
I have been living with my family in Florida for many years now, enjoy nature, meditation, martial arts, cooking & baking, hiking, and walking the continuous path for deeper understanding and embodiment of true love, and compassion.
