Welcome to my healing space, my name is Feride Gul Cakıroglu. I am a certified yoga teacher from Vivekananda Yoga University, specialist in reflexology, Usui Reiki master practitioner, Theta Healing level I practitioner and also a practitioner of Pachakuti Mesa healing system. I practice also daily Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya which I learned from Sadhguru. I have become a Soul Realignment® practitioner recently.
