Why do I do what I do? Very simply, I care, and I'm passionate about development, wellbeing and healing. I enjoy working with people at all stages in their development and healing, and from all walks of life, both in Australia and globally. I work with people at a conscious, subconscious, and energetic level.
Applying an integrated approach, we have the opportunity to consider one or more of mind, emotions, body, and soul in the way we work together. When combined with formal training, over 25 years’ experience in Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Learning and Development, Marketing, and broad life experience, I'm well placed to facilitate positive and sustainable change, wellbeing and healing. I apply a holistic lens, supported by a foundation of evidence based coaching practices, hypnotherapy, and soul-based approaches.
I love working with people to develop their self-awareness, skills, capability, and confidence, allowing them to make positive choices which support them to thrive at all levels: mental, physical and spiritual.
