Sandra Cooze is a Reiki Master & Teacher, Advanced Soul Realignment Practitioner, author, holistic jewelry designer, radio talk show host and aspiring public speaker. But aside from all that, she is just a girl, a girl with a dream - a dream of making this world a better place. Her journey into spirituality had begun long before she even knew what spirituality really meant. And still to this day she discovers something new on her journey every single day.
Spirituality does not only mean to grow in your being, it also means growing through your downfalls. Through her downfalls she has learned so much about herself, about who she was at any given point in her life and who she wanted to become. And today, she wants to pass on her knowledge to others and help them on their journey to themselves.
Sandra has been drawn to healing already at a very young age. She describes her experience of her first Reiki attunement class as 'a feeling as if I had come home'. This was the moment when her life's purpose started to unfold.
As a spiritual being she is always growing and looking for ways to pass on her knowledge so that other people can benefit from her experience and find their own path.
Currently, she is in the process of writing her first book 'The Journey to your Self', which is centered around self-discovery, spiritual development and communication with your Spirit Guides. January 2018 she also started publishing a monthly spiritual article in Sibyl Magazine and ventured into new territory by offering her own radio talk show called 'Journey to your Self' which is a reflection of her upcoming book.
